Rich grew up in a family business, went to college, then on to serve in two Fortune 500 firms. He then served in several medium size family owned firms and earned an MBA with a focus on financial administration. Since 1983 Rich has started several successful businesses, the largest one being a supplier firm for John Deere Harvester, East Moline, IL.

When you want to start a firm or have a firm with problems but have no in-house department heads to help you, Rich enjoys being your business confidante. All problems are handled in a profitable manner consistent with your goals. Rich’s main concern is that you are as satisfied with the “business part of your business” as you are with the operations of your business.

When you are satisfied that you are in control of all aspects of your business, you can go home and enjoy your family without taking your company home with you and ruining your free time.

He is on the cutting edge of today's customer service oriented business. His strengths are his acumen and corporate strategic planning. Rich's education includes a BA with Engineering minor and an MBA.
